SAP CRM Sales Functionality
CRM gift card support for the WebClient UI
It is now possible for an agent to sell gift cards and redeem gift cards in the interaction center. When a gift card is bought, the system creates a corresponding gift card account. This account contains information about the amount that is currently available on the gift card, and about all postings, for example, redemption of partial amounts. The number of the gift card account corresponds to the gift card ID.
Customers can redeem one or more gift cards when paying for a sales order. It is possible for the agent to create a sales order directly from a gift card that the agent selected from the search results list.
Store Locator and In-Store Pickup
- Store locator
- In-store product availability lookup
- In-store pickup
- Locates retail stores for customers that are nearest to a given address of interest.
- Displays the distance between the store and the area of interest.
- Provides the opening hours of stores.
- Allows the information to be e-mailed to the customer.
In-store pickup availability lookup
With the new functionality it is possible for agents to check for product availability in stores. The agents can check the product availability via the product search results, product overview page or with the In-Store Pickup column in the Items assignment block when creating a sales order.
In-store pickup
With In-store pickup you can designate items in the sales order for in-store pickup. The agent can designate items after checking the in-store availability, as described in the previous feature point. When checking from either the product search results or product overview page, the agent can launch the creation of a sales order in which the product is already included and designated for in-store pickup.
If a customer intends to pick up items regularly from the same place, the agent can add the store to their account as a favorite by creating a relationship between the customer and the store location. The relationship Has Preferred Store (CRME06) resides in Relationship Categories (transaction BUBA). Once an account is identified in the system, you can use the preferred store as a search criterion in the store locator.
The store locator and In-Store Pickup will be available from the navigation bar on the WebClient UI.
