What are you going to do?

As a consultant of Acorel CX Services you guide customers through diverse projects in the field of e-commerce, sales, service and marketing (C4C). You are the expert who talks with the customer to realize a successful implementation project and to make sure the customer experience is optimized in the process. You are the link between the business and technology and discuss what goals the customer has in mind. Based on these goals, you check whether the proposed solution improves the customer experience and if it fits within the organizational strategy. You guide the customer step by step through the entire process and ensure that the customer needs are translated into innovative and effective improvements.

Of course, you are not alone. All this you will be doing in a team of about 20 driven consultants and project leaders. Together you are responsible for projects at 1 or more customers, led by a scrummaster. Because you carry out various projects for different customers, you continuously develop in the field of the latest SAP CX solutions and you bring the best possible customer experience within reach.

We are looking for someone with:

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree;
  • At least 2 years’ professional experience as SAP Consultant and experience with implementation of C4C solutions (Sales, Marketing, Service);
  • Knowledge and/or experience with CPI, PDI and a ITIL4 certificate are a plus
  • You have excellent communicative skills;
  • You are customer-oriented, solution-oriented, proactive, and able to understand customer needs and processes quickly.
  • You are looking for a dynamic environment with a lot of customer contact.

What does an SAP CX Consultant’s day look like?

08.30 You start the day with picking up some tickets in Topdesk. Your activities will vary from preparing a new report to adjusting values in the functionality.
10.30 Make customization for a customer within the functionality: create tile on the page.
11.00 Weekly team-meeting through MS Teams.
12:00 Lunch and take an afternoon walk with your team.
13.00 Briefing a colleague about what needs to be done at the customer.
14.00 Work out a plan to collect data via forms.
17.00 Final tuning with the customer about the forms.
