Acorel ‘Inspired in 90 Minutes’ webinars

“Another valued webinar: Inspired in 90 minutes”

25 March 2021 – On Thursday, March 25, Acorel hosted an “INSPIRED IN 90 MINUTES” webinar for the fourth time. After previous successful inspiration webinars in 2020, this was the first edition in 2021.  All attention went to SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP’s solution for supporting sales and service processes. About 50 companies joined in.

Latest release SAP Cloud for Customer

During the webinar, Acorel consultants took the participants through the various topics. After the introduction by Joost Goudriaan, account manager at Acorel, his colleague Joëlle Small was the first to kick off. Joëlle works as a Customer Experience consultant at Acorel. She discussed the latest releases of SAP Cloud for Customer with the participants. In 20 minutes, she covered the latest developments regarding look & feel (Fiori UI), call list functionality and mobility.

Performance and knowledge bases

Then Guus Dorenbos took over. Guus was once involved as a consultant in the very first SAP Cloud for Customer implementation in the Netherlands. He gave the participants more insight into performance and knowledge bases. Performance is the common thread in all cloud discussions. Employees expect their application to always work (fast) and everywhere. Guus therefore explained the associated knowledge base and how it can be optimally used within the service processes of SAP Cloud for Customer.

Roadmap & Key Innovation

Finally, Marius van Ravenstein, consultant and solution advisor at Acorel, discussed the SAP Cloud for Customer Roadmap. This shows in which areas the tool will be updated in the near future. A topic that appeals to many companies. For example, SAP Cloud for Customer users can expect an integration with MS Teams that will be available in the May 2021 release. In this release, SAP also introduces the ability of dynamic scheduling, based on certain characteristics, visits and activities. Marius also covered the Service Agent Desktop as a Key Innovation topic; a specially developed environment for service employees. The smarter screen layout in the Service Agent Desktop enables service agents to handle customer queries more efficiently.

An interactive session

Joost Goudriaan is the driving force behind the 90 minutes inspiration webinars at Acorel. Joost always puts the customer first. Together with his colleagues, he puts together an agenda for every ‘Inspired in 90 minutes’ webinar that informs, stimulates, inspires and challenges users to make the most of their solutions. The 4th expert ‘Inspired in 90 Minutes’ webinar also became an interactive session in which participants asked good questions, Joost reported.
