Acorel and Proxcellence together: more value for the business

Acorel improves CX proposition with acquisition of Proxcellence Netherlands

’s-Hertogenbosch, April 29, 2021 – Customer Experience specialist Acorel took over Proxcellence Nederland on April 29, 2021. With the acquisition of the SAP Business Technology Platform expert, Acorel is further expanding its Customer Experience activities. Proxcellence brings Acorel knowledge and expertise in integrating and unlocking data and information for business intelligence in CX processes.

Proxcellence Nederland was founded in 2015 and specializes in integration and creating healthy data flows that add value to the business. The company does this by deploying the latest innovative and intelligent technologies of the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). Proxcellence is known for the ‘UV Radar’ app from KWF Kankerbestrijding and the app ‘Dat ben ik’ from Alzheimer Nederland. Both apps were developed in collaboration with SAP Netherlands.

Proxcellence Nederland will continue as Acorel Technology. The Belgian and Luxembourg parts of Proxcellence are not part of the takeover and will continue to exist independently under their own name.
