Dutch IT Channel: Acorel launches Field Service Accelerator

s-Hertogenbosch, April 4, 2019 – As of today, Acorel is launching the second Solution Package for SAP Customer Experience. The Field Service Accelerator is a SAP-qualified service that allows organizations to get started with SAP Field Service Management within 8 to 12 weeks.

Field Service Accelerator

The Field Service Accelerator consists of SAP Field Service Management licenses, supplemented with services from Acorel. SAP Field Service Management supports the entire process from customer contact to handling service orders, such as maintenance and repair. It offers smart back office tools for scheduling the right service personnel, mobile applications to support technicians on site and a self-service portal where customers can access all information about their products.

Certificate

During the breakfast session ‘Field Service Management 2.0’, the certificate for the Qualified Partner Packaged Solution ‘Acorel Field Service Accelerator’ was formally handed over by Dirk van de Pas, SAP Partner Solution Center Manager the Netherlands. Thijs den Dikken, Business Development Manager at Acorel, received the certificate on behalf of the organization.

Two Solution Packages

The Field Service Accelerator is Acorel’s second SAP-qualified Solution Package. The company previously launched the Marketing Accelerator, which allows organizations to get more returns from SAP Marketing Cloud in a short time. “We are extremely proud that we are now the first SAP partner to offer two qualified Customer Experience Solution Packages,” said Taco Schallenberg.
